This policy explains what information sundew partners ("sundew", "we", "us") collects when you visit sundewpartners.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short, because we collect very little.
Information you give us. When you email us or submit a form, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, company, and the details of your message. We only ask for what we need to reply.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run the business — for example our website host and, if you submit a form, the service that delivers it to us — and only to the extent they need it to perform that function. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep the information you send for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@sundewpartners.com and we will respond.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work only with reputable providers and keep the data we collect minimal.
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we update this policy, we will change the date above and post the revised version here.
